About The Company

Large Language Models have made predicting human behavior more feasible than ever before. At PreCognito, incubated within Mahway, we have developed a cutting-edge AI platform that performs qualitative behavioral analysis to predict individuals' future actions across various contexts. Our first market application for this technology is in rental real estate, where we offer a qualitative tenant screening tool for landlords. This initial focus will pave the way for broader applications, positioning our company as a leader in predictive behavioral analytics, akin to the Palantir of qualitative data.

Why this role exists

We are looking for the right CEO to drive vision and execution and bring this business to life with the full support of a robust venture studio team. You will drive strategy, lead fundraises, and build and manage a world-class team.

Required Experience

  • You have experience selling into multiple verticals.

  • You have experience with technical solutions and artificial intelligence or Machine Learning platforms.

  • Prior experience as a Founder or GM is highly preferred.

Skills

  • You have the ability to push back and be direct with co-founders.

  • You are a people person - you enjoy getting out there meeting clients, and building relationships in a high-touch way.

  • You are charismatic and diplomatic with the team and clients.

  • You are a self-starter with high levels of agency and ownership.

Traits

  • You are competent at “speaking tech/AI” - able to hold credible conversations with PreCognito’s CTO and investors.

  • You are mathematically inclined - you know your business numbers / KPIs like the back of your hand.

  • You can tell a story through data and the almighty dollar (which is what motivates our buyers).

  • You are a numbers-based seller, not ‘hand-wavy.’

  • You thrive in a remote-first working environment.

Outcomes

FIRST 90 DAYS

  • You will validate GTM and adjust as necessary.

  • You will build an end-to-end product map.

  • You will build a full, end-to-end structure of the business.

  • You will convert one customer to a paying customer.

  • You will conduct a paid market research campaign.

FIRST 12 MONTHS

  • You will work with the talent team to recruit and close several key hires.

  • You will generate meaningful revenue ($10m ARR).
