About the Role
As Manager, Software Engineering, you’ll guide a team of talented software engineers responsible for designing, developing, and testing applications and systems. You’ll collaborate across functions—working closely with customers, developers, and stakeholders—to transform user needs into scalable and elegant software solutions.
This leadership role is focused on implementing strategic and operational objectives that align with our organizational mission. You will coach and support your team to ensure consistent delivery, foster innovation, and uphold quality across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test software applications and systems
Ensure product quality through both manual and automated testing
Deliver production-ready software within planned timelines
Document product specifications and technical designs
Analyze, debug, and assist in resolving customer-reported issues
Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions and customer groups
Lead cross-functional project teams to drive successful outcomes
Mentor team members and contribute to performance evaluations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience
Strong judgment and analytical capabilities in solving complex technical challenges
Proven ability to work across functional areas, divisions, and customer segments
Previous leadership experience in guiding teams and influencing outcomes
