Essential Functions

• Follow SOPs and batch records
• Execute conjugation and purification of conjugated antibodies
• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots lab equipment
• Collaborative with other team member to ensure high level of productivity
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to accomplish goals under strict timelines
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

• A collage degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech or related discipline.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking and strong determination for delivering results.
• Take the initiative on difficult tasks proactively.
• Responsible for staying up to date on knowledge to drive process improvements.
• Proven ability to motivate a team effectively and build a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate respect in the workplace and encourage productivity and growth.
• Strong work ethic and firm grasp of company policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management System.
• Previous exposure to Business Intelligence Systems.
