Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail to support complex software ecosystems effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase team efficiency and service quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to detect and resolve network issues.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based network environments and hybrid infrastructure setups.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
