About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Enablement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams through impactful onboarding, training programs, and enablement initiatives. This role will help improve sales productivity and effectiveness by delivering structured learning programs, organizing enablement resources, and driving adoption of sales best practices.

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and sales training programs (virtual and in-person) to equip new hires with the tools, knowledge, and processes needed for success.
  • Support the development, organization, and maintenance of sales enablement content and training materials to improve accessibility and seller effectiveness.
  • Drive Inside Sales enablement initiatives focused on high-velocity outreach, lead qualification frameworks, and prospecting tool adoption to accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Reinforce best practices through ongoing coaching resources and learning interventions to improve sales productivity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Global Enablement teams to localize messaging and optimize enablement materials for the India market.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using data-driven insights and recommend continuous improvements.

What Excites Us

  • Background in B2B Sales, Sales Training, or Sales Enablement with exposure to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience enabling consultative and outcome-based selling approaches.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent planning and project management capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional and diverse stakeholder groups.
