Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges, facilitating discussions that drive organizational transformation, and implementing strategies that empower teams to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with the clients' goals and objectives, ultimately helping them to outlearn and outperform their competition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote business agility principles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Delivery Management. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Account Delivery Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
