Global Finance Services operates GSKs global finance processes, delivering our ambition for patients through best-in-class finance services (P2P, C&C, O2C and TPF). We partner and interact with enterprise-wide users (all global ERP markets) through our process and user experience teams based across five global finance hubs (Europe, India, KL , Karachi and Costa Rica). This role reports directly into the Associate Director, User Experience and Engagement and will be responsible for the design and delivery of research with and for our key user groups and impacted groups. · The role interacts with a wide range of stakeholders, including Global Finance, GPOs across GFS and our Tower Teams, Digital Accelerator, and their peers in the GFS Enabling Teams.
Role and Responsblities:
Responsible for the delivery of all user research and impact assessment for GFS GPO initiatives and for advising on engagement strategies to meet those user impacts. In addition where user interviews are needed to develop personas (for example) this role would lead the design of the research and partner on implementation with the wider UEE team and the GPOs.
Lead the design and delivery of the FD survey and any other key user inputs (outside the SU engagement forums).
Advise on key user engagement strategies aligned to changes in GFS delivery.
Have a good understanding of DT tools and techniques.
Build Personas based on ways of working, focus on how can we improve connects with critical stakeholders.
Ability to design and use various Survey, interview tools to capture user experience.
Review UX KPI metrics, engage with relevant stakeholders to look at ways to improve outliers.
Experience: 10 to 13 Years
Strong team engagement and mentoring - Excellent communication skills at all levels across the organisation - Experience working with client groups with ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at senior levels - Experience working in cross-functional teams and across a matrix environment - Strong team building and influencing skills - Ability to establish a high level of credibility and forge strong working relationships with senior internal and third-party stakeholders .
