Job Description


  • Campaign Development & Execution:

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase the take-up rate of Santan products across all sales touchpoints (online, offline, in-flight).

    • Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all campaigns.

    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor offerings, and market trends within the Philippine market.

    • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant data to gain insights into consumer behavior and identify areas for improvement.


  • Product Launches & Promotions

    • Write compelling PR briefs and collaborate closely with the Communications team to plan and execute successful product launch promotions.

  • Manage all aspects of product launches, including media relations, influencer marketing, and in-flight promotions.


  • Creative Development & Management

    • Create effective creative briefs for marketing materials, including in-flight menus, brochures, digital ads, videos and social media content.

    • Review and endorse for approval all creative outputs (artwork, videos, etc.) to ensure they align with Santan brand guidelines and standards.


  • KOL & Influencer Marketing:

    • Collaborate with the Airline Marketing & Communications team to identify and engage relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers for product promotions.

    • Manage KOL partnerships, including campaign briefs, influencer agreements, and performance tracking.


  • Sales Incentive

    • Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate frontline staff (flight attendants, ground staff) to upsell Santan products.

  • Event Activation Planning & Execution

    • Plan and execute on-ground marketing activations to promote Santan products, such as in-airport events, food festivals, and collaborations with local businesses.

    • Manage logistics, budget, and on-site execution of event activations.
