Job Description

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.

  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Lead Sales/ Sr. Sales Executive, TPH operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Foster positive working relationships with overseas commercial team and partners to enhance service capabilities and expand market reach.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and international trade practices.
