The Work: Inside Sales Account Representative 

  • Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts 

  • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts 

  • Develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed 

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships 

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership (New leads in pipeline; Convertion Rate; Rep retention; Average rep ramp time)

  • Work with client business segment handling small to medium-sized opportunities

  • Work on deals to lead qualification step and various stages of the Sales Cycle

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales B2B

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in account management and in developing a product/solution vision and roadmap.

  • Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.

  • High School diploma required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling 

  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion 

  • Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry (desirable to have Microsoft AI-900 y AZ-900 certifications)

  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
