ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Portfolio strategy building & evaluation:  Developing portfolio strategy for responsible therapeutic field under the guidance of EP head. Cooperating with cross-functions, especially BD/BU, to evaluate their mature products and determine which one is needed to transfer GTM model.
  • GTM model developing & partner connection:  Kickoff GTM model transfer project for target product. Confirming details of the new model by collaboration with cross-functions support. Supporting BD function with bidding, 3rd partner selecting, negotiation, contract sign off.
  • Contract management: Managing contractual obligations, such as key milestones; interpretation of the contract details; negotiating with 3rd partner for key issues.
  • Process management: Building key operational systems and ensure them running smoothly. Tracking all KPIs delivery on time, such as business delivery; payment collection; supply management; compliance monitoring and regular exchange meetings.
  • Brand management: Guiding partner in right strategy in promotion. Paying attention on their business progress through business report, ad hoc meetings, and other interaction. Giving feedback and helping partner growth.
  • Alignment and relationship building: Leading efforts to increase alignment, mutual understanding, and trust between collaboration participants, including activities such as the kickoff event and periodic collaboration team events.
  • Strategic value and risk management: Identifying the important value drivers and key risks, ensuring those involved do not lose focus on strategic aspects, and leading efforts to mitigate risks and accelerate value creation; may also include looking for win-win opportunities to extend the relationship by expanding the existing partnership or creating additional spin-off collaborations.
  • Change management: Anticipating upcoming changes in project stages or collaboration participants, managing transitions smoothly.
