CoverMyMeds’ Access Product Portfolio Management team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to support modernizing our technology. Of note, our team is a dedicated group of product and portfolio managers focused on maintaining and evolving products that remove barriers that exist to patients accessing their prescribed medication. Together with our various business units, the work our team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives. 

What You'll Do 

As a Sr. Product Manager, your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect: 

  • Carries out varying P&L responsibilities, including managing resources within budget, identifying cost savings opportunities
  • Research and become a subject matter expert on how CoverMyMeds’ applications interact, create value for customers, and partner with engineering architect to recommend optimal solutions and oversee delivery
  • Responsible for prioritizing application modernization efforts, accounting for critical functionality, to future proof our technology stack
  • Manage competing priorities across the organization or segment, influence roadmap development for multiple product areas, and prioritize modernization efforts for the portfolio
  • Ensures technology updates to products and features are legal and compliant, collaborates with the legal/compliance teams to triage issues that may occur, and make recommendations to leadership
  • Serve as point of contact for leadership, represent complex technical work to non-technical stakeholders, provide informed recommendations on plan execution
  • Partner with Product Owner and multiple Product Managers to capture current state of applications, inter-dependencies, and insights around value adds during modernization

Skills You’ll Need 

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of product management or relevant experience. 3+ years engineering experience required.
  • Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile) 
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders from diverse teams and disciplines to identify mutually beneficial solutions
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives with cross functional teams
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure, or relevant experience working with AWS or GCP
  • Prior experience with modernizing technology stacks from a prior product or engineering role

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience working with healthcare technologies a plus
  • Experience managing communications with multiple levels of leadership, including C-suite, for complex technical and/ or data driven products
  • Well-rounded product management experience including leading products through discovery, build and go-to-market
  • Comfortable with setting strategy, making insight-driven decisions

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$114,700 - $191,100
