What You Will Do 

As a Stryker Endoscopy & Sports Medicine Sales Representative, you are a trusted partner in brilliant visualization and unrivaled connected OR solutions. Stryker provides you with market leading technology with a respective bag of products that allows you to dominate market share. Stryker’s visualization platform enables you to distinguish anatomy across all minimally invasive procedures, while providing a simple, yet personalized experience. Our long history of innovation and constant development in advanced imaging and OR connectivity is driven by the desire to allow you to see and do more.  

 

  • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation 

  • Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance 

  • Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products 

  • Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products 

  • Direct product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals and office settings 

  • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings 

  • Keep Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis 

  • Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion 

  • Assist in the training and development of sales personnel 

  • Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products 

  • Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation 

 

What You Need  

 

Required: 

  • University Degree  

  • 1+ years in an outside sales or clinical experience  

 

Preferred:  

  • Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing, or a degree in a health related discipline, science, or kinesiology 

  • 3+ years in outside sales

 

Additional Information:  

  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations. 

  • Must have a valid driver's license 

$80,000 - $100,000 CAD and may be eligible to earn variable

Travel Percentage: 90%
