Position Summary
As a Clinical Services Supervisor, you will have an exciting opportunity to hire, train, and manage a staff of individuals supporting our Medicare clients in The Government Services Department. This Supervisor role will allow you to work across multiple business units supporting Coverage Determinations and Appeals Operations. You will participate in departmental workflow and workforce manage to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for your team's productivity, quality, attendance management, and engagement.
Required Qualifications
2 or more years Prior Authorization experience, with demonstrated leadership skills.
Computer Knowledge including Microsoft office products, Windows based operations, data entry and clinical systems.
Flexibility with working a rotating schedule including overtime, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
Senior or Learning Advocate experience
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience providing customer Service internally and externally
Adaptable to Change Management
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a high production, time sensitive environment
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrates resourcefulness in problem-solving
Displays confidence in the ability to learn complex material
Bachelor's Degree
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
