About Us - Prevention & Wellness/Screen Team

• Freeman Screen Team visits local health fairs to administer blood draws, bone density screenings, body composition screenings and more

• Wellness Team assists area businesses in developing and maintaining wellness programs.

What You'll Do

Plans, directs, and supervises Screen Team and WellBalance Team.  Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing community outreach activities, including health screenings and community education.  Also responsible for assisting community in developing and maintaining wellness programs.  Represents FHS in area community health education groups.  Actively involved with local community and health related organizations.

Requirements

Current Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
