We’re looking for a visionary and strategic leader to build and scale our Intelligent Infrastructure Services organization. This role will be responsible for shaping the strategy, structure, and execution of a comprehensive services portfolio that supports Jabil-designed products and solutions for hyperscalers and enterprise customers in servers, storage, and networking. The Director will ensure services are seamlessly integrated into competitive RFPs and delivered post-sale to drive operational excellence and customer success.
What can you expect to do?
Build & Scale the Organization
Establish and grow a high-performing services team encompassing pre-sales, post-sales, managed services, break-fix, and professional services.
Develop a Differentiated Services Portfolio
Define and evolve a catalog of standard warranty offerings and custom service SKUs tailored to the unique needs of hyperscalers and enterprise clients.
Drive Strategic Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally with business units, product, engineering, program management, and sales to embed services into solution proposals and RFP responses.
Design for Customer Success
Ensure services are crafted to enhance customer experience, accelerate deployment, and deliver long-term value and profitability.
Ensure Operational Excellence
Lead post-sale execution to align with pre-sales commitments, maintaining high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction.
Leverage Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform and evolve service strategy.
Lead & Inspire
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
