What You Will Do:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate and timely order entry in the ERP system.

  • Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Review and validate customer orders, pricing, and required documentation before processing.

  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order progress, delays, or issues.

  • Support invoicing processes by ensuring all order details and documentation are complete and compliant.

  • Follow up on backorders, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations.

  • Maintain accurate order records and ensure data integrity within the system.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in order management operations.

 

What You Need:

Required:

  • BS degree in a relevant field

  • Min 3 years of experience in order management and customer services process

  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • ERP system knowledge

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical device/healthcare industry

  • Experience in Business Process Analysis
