Temporary position for 6 months
As a senior marketing integration and implementation advisor, you coordinate and promote cross-sector marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, socioeconomic leadership programs and financial education efforts. More specifically, you provide support to the Brand Strategy and Member/Client Insight Department to:
Foster an overall and cross-sector vision of the initiatives under your responsibility, including performance monitoring
Perform diagnostics and make recommendations on optimization, strategic alignment, prioritization, integration, budgeting and annual planning to maximize impact for members and clients.
Play an influential role in standardizing and updating practices related to the roles of marketing integrator and product manager
Develop and oversee document development for senior management
Help define promotion and support initiatives related to the brand and cross-sector marketing plan
Draft marketing integration mandates, help set marketing performance indicators and ensure alignment of efforts (budget, objectives, business priorities)
Act as a strategic partner for marketing integration with other parties, ensuring adherence to business marketing strategy and timelines throughout execution
Connect, engage and mobilize other parties, ensuring internal clients understand objectives and priorities

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including orchestrating large-scale marketing activities
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of the financial sector and the Canadian market
