Temporary position for 6 months

As a senior marketing integration and implementation advisor, you coordinate and promote cross-sector marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, socioeconomic leadership programs and financial education efforts. More specifically, you provide support to the Brand Strategy and Member/Client Insight Department to:

  • Foster an overall and cross-sector vision of the initiatives under your responsibility, including performance monitoring

  • Perform diagnostics and make recommendations on optimization, strategic alignment, prioritization, integration, budgeting and annual planning to maximize impact for members and clients.

  • Play an influential role in standardizing and updating practices related to the roles of marketing integrator and product manager

  • Develop and oversee document development for senior management

  • Help define promotion and support initiatives related to the brand and cross-sector marketing plan

  • Draft marketing integration mandates, help set marketing performance indicators and ensure alignment of efforts (budget, objectives, business priorities)

  • Act as a strategic partner for marketing integration with other parties, ensuring adherence to business marketing strategy and timelines throughout execution

  • Connect, engage and mobilize other parties, ensuring internal clients understand objectives and priorities

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including orchestrating large-scale marketing activities

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required 

  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Knowledge of the financial sector and the Canadian market
