Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$91,100.00 - $150,300.00

What Is the Opportunity?

The Project Manager, Small Commercial Execution is accountable to SC Business Leadership for the successful management and implementation of small to medium sized Projects and/or small Programs that support achievement of simple to moderately complex unit or corporate goals. The position reports to the Small Commercial Execution Project Director.

What Will You Do?

• Controls planning and execution of the Project’s or Program's activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
• Works with minimal to moderate supervision and is responsible for applying Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
• Works closely with the Strategy, Planning, and Execution (SP&E)  team and Small Commercial staff to outline strategic opportunities and partner on related project/communication plans.
• Will partner with SP&E leaders and related Small Commercial market stakeholders to ensure desired capabilities are accurately articulated and prioritized.
• Helps to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues, ensuring consistency and alignment with Small Commercial overall strategy and appetite.
• Drives initiative shaping and roadmap development for assigned project/programs to ensure the work to achieve the business outcomes is effectively grouped and sequenced, and timing, sizing, relationships and dependencies are understood.
• Routinely reports on progress against the roadmap. Lead/support development of project artifacts required for governance and stakeholder communication.
• Maintains current knowledge of developments, trends, and competitive market environment.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of project management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.

What is a Must Have?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of project management experience required.
