Overall Objective of the Role

We are seeking a skilled System Developer with a focus on the Nordic markets to contribute to the evolution of our products in alignment with our company vision and customer expectations. This role involves software development, project execution, and ensuring the quality and stability of our systems while working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions as part of project execution.
• Estimate project timelines and development efforts.
• Analyze and understand project requirements to deliver optimal solutions.
• Acquire and maintain domain knowledge relevant to the project.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and scope management.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality before progressing to the next development phase.
• Apply agile methodologies (Scrum & SAFe) and adhere to project standards.
• Follow established software development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure system quality, stability, and performance.
• Identify and resolve issues, including defect removal and problem-solving.

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in system development.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Knowledge of C++ and its application in system development.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Windows-based platforms.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build external and internal relationships.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and expand skill sets.
• Team-oriented mindset with a supportive approach to colleagues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
• Ability to effectively explain functionality and solutions.

Nice to have:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Experience in customer sales support.
• Knowledge of software architecture and technical project management.
• Microsoft certifications related to system development.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and ADO.NET.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, JSON, and HTTP.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Passion for sharing new technologies and innovations.
• Background in real-time programming and analysis tools.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe) and Lean principles.
• Involvement in product development and system testing.
• Experience with payment solutions, either as a developer or user.
• Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish.
