✅ Your Role in a Nutshell: 

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact and a trusted partner for our most important clients. You'll make sure complex 360 and ATL campaigns run smoothly from start to finish, share your expert advice, and help guide junior team members. Your work will be crucial in making sure our clients' goals are not just met, but truly blown out of the water, thanks to our amazing agency work.

 

✅ Who are we looking for?: 

We're searching for an experienced and energetic Senior Account Manager to join our Client Service team. We need someone who really knows the ins and outs of how an advertising agency works, has a proven track record of running successful 360 projects, and is a pro at ATL campaigns. We love people who think ahead, are super proactive, and naturally build strong, trusting relationships with clients. ✅ Key Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client Relationships: Manage and grow relationships with our key clients, building long-term partnerships and finding new opportunities for them.
  • Run 360 & ATL Campaigns: Oversee complex advertising projects from idea to delivery - this means understanding briefs, developing strategies, coordinating creative, media, and production teams, and checking results.
  • Offer Smart Advice: Create and present clever communication and media strategies to senior clients, always based on market insights and their business goals.
  • Coordinate Teams: Work effectively with creative, strategy, media, and production teams, making sure everyone is on the same page and projects are delivered on time.
  • Manage Budgets: Keep a close eye on project budgets, handle negotiations, and ensure campaigns are financially sound.
  • Deliver Great Presentations: Prepare and give engaging presentations to clients at all levels, sharing our vision and showing campaign results.
  • Mentor Junior Team: Guide and support junior Account Executives/Managers, helping them grow and strengthen our Client Service team.

 

✅ What you need to bring to the table:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager (or similar senior client role) from an advertising agency (this is a must!).
  • Solid experience leading complex 360 and ATL campaigns (including TV, radio, outdoor, and digital parts).
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at a senior level.
  • You're a strategic thinker, very independent, great at solving problems proactively, and super organized – able to manage many complex projects at once.
  • Strong ability to clearly communicate, manage expectations, and assertively advocate for strategic recommendations and project needs.
  • Strong understanding of production and media planning.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
