Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support, managing small-scale projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and documents using a variety of software applications.
  • Compile and organize information from multiple sources.
  • Perform general office duties, including word processing, data entry, and document auditing.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support small-scale project coordination and tracking.
  • Maintain and manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with both internal and external customer service is preferred.
