In this role, you will play a vital part in our Information Technology department, working alongside a world-class team to determine and successfully implement innovative solutions. Your outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure flawless execution of projects and contribute to our ongoing success. You will support our business partners in the procure to pay applications they use, such as Coupa, SAP and other additional apps.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Conduct data analysis and present insights to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories and process flows
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities
• Offer mentorship and assistance to end-users

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
