About the role:

We are seeking a project manager to join our highly skilled and motivated teams as we work collaboratively to deliver on customer projects on time.  Relying on your demonstrated project management experience, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse product range.

Specifically, you will:

• Manage and deliver projects from sales handover to commissioning
• Provide continuous improvement to processes and components
• Apply strategic and tactical thinking ensuring favourable project margins
• Develop profitable relationships with customers and cost efficiencies with key suppliers 
• Participate in reporting, budgeting and corrective action initiatives 
• Be able to travel for business.

To be successful in the above duties, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering
• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Ability to formulate business plans and operational strategy
• Experience in working with diverse teams of people
• Evidence of well-developed communication skills, including presentations and report writing
• Understands and maintains ethical standards of behaviour
• Demonstrates a focus on work quality and improvement by taking personal ownership of tasks, striving to improve quality and seeking better ways to consistently deliver quality outcomes
• Applies critical thinking
• Demonstrates a focus on teamwork and strives to become part of a high performing team
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites
• Current driver's licence
• Experience in Resources and Bulk Materials Handling would be desirable
• International experience in working in different countries and cultures would also be desirable
