Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Value Added/Partnership Junior Manager. This role involves supporting the development, implementation, and management of promotions for the MX department (mobile, tablets, headphones etc.) and additional insurance services.Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of long-term strategies for value-added services (VAS) and sell-out mechanisms.
Contribute to the development of sell-out platforms, including insurance, redemption promotions, and prepaid cards.
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the rollout of new value-added services (VAS), informed by trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and internal data.
Prepare reports and conduct audits of sales campaigns.
Operate across various management systems, including SAP.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (e.g., Assistant Product Manager, Product Specialist) or in a product-focused environment involving collaboration with sales, marketing, or logistics.
Experience in project management within the consumer electronics or FMCG industry, with a keen interest in products such as accessories, electronic components, consumer electronics, and VAS (value-added services).
Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and make data-driven assumptions.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address consumer complaints and issues effectively.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written communication).
Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of consumer law would be a plus.
University degree.
