As a Technology Solution Architect for Operations, you will be responsible for translating technology client requirements into differentiated, deliverable technology solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.

You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit, Delivery Teams and Platform teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team members to perform effectively. You will be responsible for solution decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Proficiency in Technology Solution Architecture is required.

• Proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing is recommended.

• Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs and decisions.

• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technology solution offerings.
