We are seeking a Campaigns and Content Senior Specialist to join our world-class marketing organization for Northern Europe. This role will work closely with the EMEA Campaigns & Organic Growth team to ensure our global messaging is optimally utilized in local Dutch activations, including blog posts, emails, website, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and social media activities, with a specific focus on LinkedIn.
  • Social Media Engagement: Leverage global campaign messaging to create and manage content for social channels across the Northern Region (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, and Belgium).
  • Content Review and Creation: Review and localize Dutch content for organic blog posts, website content, and paid promotions. Create and localize video content for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various internal stakeholders to gather content ideas that educate, inspire, and activate our audiences.
  • Customer Marketing Engagements: Serve as the focal point for Dutch and Belgian customer marketing engagements, identifying relevant customers for speaking engagements, campaigns, and social engagements.
  • Content Promotion: Plan, create, and publish content on Haiilo to facilitate Salesforce employees in promoting relevant content.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance KPIs for online marketing activities, share insights, and make recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Build, test, and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.
  • Campaign Improvement: Measure and identify gaps in the marketing funnel, ensuring constant campaign improvements over time.

About You:

  • Teammate: Highly efficient teammate with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Analytical Problem solver: Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data analytics.
  • Strong Copywriter: Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of story generation and storytelling techniques.
  • Video Production: Experience in video production for social media, from planning to final cut, producing on-brand, scalable content.
  • Content Creation: Experience crafting content for different personas and problems.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle editorial schedules and deadlines.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital, content, and social media marketing, with knowledge of SEO, social, and digital marketing tactics.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to influence others without formal authority.
  • Regional Interest: Strong curiosity about what works in the Benelux region, preferably with an affinity for the Nordic region.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch with sophisticated English language skills.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
