- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience in monitoring and managing enterprise-level network environments to ensure high availability.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide effective incident resolution.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices to safeguard critical systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
