This position reports to:

Production Manager

负责公司所有生产设施/设备的维保管理，确保生产设备处于良好运行状况；制定、组织、实施设备相关的培训。

主要职责             

• 负责制定运营设备/设施的年度维修、保养计划并管理相关档案；
• 负责带领相关人员及时修复运营设备/设施的故障,准时做相关保养
• 负责车间设备相关非固定资产、固定资产管理：申请，验收，报废及盘点
• 负责生产设备程序及应用软件的管理，软件的更新备份
• 确保设备符合相关安全规定，对于新设备应及时辨别其新的职业健康安全因素
• 特种设备管理
• 针对设备/设施相关的安全事项；负责组织、制定和实施安全培训
• 其它公司或公司授权人员指派的职责

知识、技能与经验要求

• 本科以上,工业自动化或机电一体化
• 五年以上工厂自动生产线维修工作经验,熟悉PLC系统
• 良好的谈判,沟通和团队合作能力
• 擅长项目管理,演示和培训他人
• 良好的英语读,写能力
• 熟练操作Windows/Auto CAD
• 工厂供电,供气,制冷的基本知识
