We are seeking a results-driven Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager with deep experience in specialty care to optimize our field commercial capabilities, drive sales productivity, and improve customer engagement across complex therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will combine commercial strategy, analytics, training design, and change management skills to ensure our sales teams are highly effective, focused on the right customers, and equipped with the tools and skills to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities: This position gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance YOUR career, the main ones are:

  • Develop and execute SFE strategies and programs tailored to specialty care products and customer dynamics.
  • Design and implement optimal territory and account segmentation, call plans, etc.
  • Partner with commercial leaders to translate brand strategies into actionable sales priorities, account plans, and performance metrics.
  • Lead CRM optimization initiatives: define field processes, standardize call and account documentation, improve data capture and usability for insights and forecasting.
  • Develop role-based capability frameworks and deliverables for sales teams, including onboarding, continuous training, coaching tools, and competency assessments.
  • Create and manage dashboards, KPIs and reporting to measure SFE program impact (e.g., sales productivity, call quality, share-of-voice, account coverage, pull-through, conversion rates).

¿Why You?

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineer or related field.
  • 6+ years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles with at least 3 years focused on Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or Sales Excellence in specialty care (e.g., oncology, rare/orphan disease, immunology).
  • Demonstrated experience designing territory models, account segmentation, and coverage plans for specialty or institutionally-focused therapy areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and statistical/analytics tools to drive decisions.
  • Deep understanding of specialty care stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent.
