What You'll Bring:
- At least 3 years professional HR experience supporting and implementing HR programs and strategies such as compensation, performance management, leadership development, talent acquisition, talent reviews, engagement, organizational change & transition plans in collaboration and partnership with HR Center of Expertise (CoE).
- At least 2 years handling a variety of US based employee relations issues.
- Experience providing HR consultation to HR and/or people managers on strategic initiatives or people related interventions to become a trusted partner.
- Ability to understand, analyze data and information and bring solutions to complex situations
- Strong communication, consulting, collaboration and coaching skills.
- Ability to be in person a minimum of two days per week and as otherwise necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Impact You'll Make:
- The role is all about supporting the development and implementation of the organization and talent strategy for our Global Operations business unit by enhancing the capabilities of our managers and associates to deliver on our mission.
- Partner with Lead HR Business Partners and managers to execute core HR programs related to the employee lifecycle such as talent acquisition, compensation, training & development, performance management, employee relations, talent reviews, associate engagement and organizational change & transition in partnership with the respective HR Center of Expertise (CoE) and regional HR partner.
- Manages key HR projects, from setting objectives and scope, managing timetables and schedules, conducting research, organizing and communicating information, executing flawlessly, and evaluating results.
- Develops a thorough understanding of operations to proactively identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement appropriate outcomes, to avoid employment-related problems.
- Improves manager and associate knowledge and effectiveness by providing information on HR policies and practices (i.e., benefits, organizational development, compensation, global mobility, leaves, etc.), as well as coaching and counseling.
- Contribute to engagement strategies building upon metrics and qualitative data. Develops and drives initiatives to ingrain a culture that aligns to TransUnion strategy, values and beliefs, and creates an environment of inclusion and empowerment to maximize results.
- Leads select change management initiatives associated with organizational change, M&A integration, enterprise projects, etc.
- Serves as a “steward of culture” to attract, hire, engage and develop great associates.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
