Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Commerce
  • 5 years of related experience within the Food Service Industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the Food Service Industry and Food Safety requirements 
  • Strong execution capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset, consistently translating strategy into action while identifying opportunities to enhance operating procedures and improve site-level profitability
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build coalitions across stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of the quick service restaurant (QSR) site level operating procedures in order to drive safe, reliable and profitable operations
  • Responsible for growing the sales and for playing a key role in costs controls in order to meet projected National profitability (control of COGS, Labour, discounts, waste and other food supplies).  This is executed through non-authoritative leadership in conjunction with field selling force (FSF) and Associates
  • Manage the QSR relationships at the field level and ensure a collaboration with their the counterpart in the different QSR brands
  • Accountable for managing the audit process for a designated territory in ensuring adherence to all food safety requirements (food safety, mini audits, coffee audits, cleanliness) for QSR.  This involves, compliance at all times with Food Safety regulations and applications
  • Develop action plans for the retailers to close gaps in Food Safety Issue. Zero tolerance when there is food issue. Work closely with the Territory Manager - Retail Licensee and the Specialist Operations Support Advisor

Location and other Key details:

  • You will work out of your home office with day-based travel within the assigned territory in Ontario
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday with an on-call requirement 24/7 for business related emergencies
  • Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will be based on years of experience and scope of work
