Our Operational Execution Alignment Department is looking for squad leads to join our team. We’re a newly formed team. We have the chance to build from the ground up and focus on adding value for our business lines. As a squad lead, you'll be responsible for rolling out the prioritized OPEX initiatives for your squad. You will plan and coordinate the squad’s daily work, mobilize expertise across a matrix model, ensure the quality of deliverables and ensure delivery within the agreed-upon scope, timelines and efforts. You will be a key player, ensuring the coordination of operations, managing dependencies and monitoring the field for risks, issues and capacities. More specifically, you will be required to:
Plan, coordinate and deliver prioritized initiatives based on the scope, timelines, effort and quality expected
Direct the squad’s daily work: detailed planning, coordination of expertise, dependency management
Manage the squad’s actual capacity (workload, skills, optimal use of matrix resources)
Ensure the quality of deliverables and support deployment with the relevant operational teams
Ensure operational communications: progress, risks, issues, interdependencies, mitigation options
Document scenarios and recommendations to help determine the scope for the product owner
Proactively identify risks and issues and propose adjustments as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the squad’s pace, quality and work methods

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in operational planning, team facilitation and cross-sector coordination
Experience orchestrating matrix-based resources in a multi-role context
Experience managing deliverables, dependencies, risks and commitments
Experience in collaborative leadership and the ability to mobilize teams with no direct reporting line
Experience coordinating or managing business projects
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of execution practices, business unit operations and operational processes
