The Company
Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.
We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.
Meet the team:
Dexcom’s Global Product Design (GPD) is a multi-disciplinary team of user experience designers, visual designers, front-end software developers, prototype developers, instructional content designers and industrial designers who support the Dexcom product portfolio. Our GPD Studio in Vilnius is seeking a User Interface (UI) Designer with deep Design System experience to help grow the existing system and support product development at scale across multiple products.
At Dexcom, you will use design to help improve the lives of our users by creating compelling experiences with our next-generation Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) system and our expansion into non-insulin products. We are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. As a member of the Design System team, you will help ensure that a cohesive visual identity is integrated throughout the development process. You will help us leverage our Design System, from high-level structures down to the single details of Figma components and libraries. Partnering with the Design Operations team, you will help us expand and evolve how the team can work more effectively using Figma and AI tools. Your work will impact all digital products across the Dexcom ecosystem.
GPD is honored to be the recipient of 23 international design awards for our G7 product, including the iF Design Award, three Red Dot awards, and a gold IDEA award. Now you can help us revolutionize the glycemic wellness space as we expand GPD to Vilnius.
