About The Role:

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support MRO operations under Part 145 certification. This role will be responsible for quality assurance activities related to maintenance, repair, and overhaul work, with a focus on compliance, documentation, process control, and smooth transition projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and customer teams to support efficient and compliant MRO execution.

What You Will Do:

  • Support quality activities within MRO operations under Part 145 requirements

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements

  • Lead or support transition projects, including process transfers, induction changes, and operational readiness activities

  • Support audits, inspections, and surveillance activities related to Part 145 operations

  • Investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve process performance

  • Support control of tools, equipment, calibration, and traceability requirements as applicable

  • Review and verify maintenance documentation, inspection records, and release paperwork

  • Support customer audits, regulatory audits, and internal quality reviews

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, aviation maintenance, or related field preferred

  • 3 to 5 years of quality engineering experience in MRO, aerospace, or a regulated maintenance environment

  • Experience working under Part 145 certification requirements

  • Experience supporting transition projects in an MRO or aerospace environment

  • Knowledge of maintenance quality processes, inspection records, and release documentation

  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methods

  • Strong understanding of compliance, traceability, and document control requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, work instructions, and maintenance records

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems
