Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning closely with the strategic goals of the business. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of custom software projects and driving successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to align project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform, Process Mining.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and ensuring software scalability.
- Skilled in code review processes and maintaining high standards of code quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
