Role Description
Comcast is seeking an Operations Analyst– Retail Experience & Operations. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic and tactical plans to help our Retail team offer an elevated experience in our Xfinity Stores. In this role, you will work across many areas including Sales, Marketing, Security, Operations, Tech and Customer Experience to drive process improvements that support our vision of becoming best in class Retail. 

What are some interesting problems the student will work on? 
Our Analyst will work on analysis for our Retail Channels to govern and oversee our strategic initiatives like new technologies and processes in our stores.

You’ll be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast while we roll out the new technologies and ways of working in our Retail Stores.  Success in this role is characterized by a being a fast learner of new platforms and tools to improve customer experience and sales efficiencies. 


Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide visibility via analytics through reports either built manually or automated including visuals 
  • Create any new presentations, operation reports, tool enhancements, trends and gap analysis for operations to drive transparency and improvements (Tableau and Excel)
  • Provide incident management analytics; daily, weekly trends with recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in store level reporting and agreed upon KPI’s for Operations
  • Assist in the integration of existing programs and incorporation of new projects into the Operational framework and program planning requirements
  • Develop and implement a full Program status reporting and performance metrics tracking & materials for the Retail Channel
  • Track program-wide and project actions, decisions, issues and risks; facilitate progress with leaders
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Preferred Majors: Business, Finance


Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university 
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027) 
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation

Base Pay: $23.00
