This role

The Senior Corporate Counsel is responsible to support corporate governance, complex corporate transactions, and external regulatory-facing documentation as the company continues to scale. This role will serve as a key internal partner to the General Counsel, Finance, and external advisors, owning the coordination and execution of critical corporate legal materials and processes while helping build a strong foundation for future company milestones.
