Practice Group Leader- DealCloud

 

The Practice Group Leader (PGL) for DealCloud is responsible for the comprehensive success of the Intapp DealCloud Business Unit in the Accounting and Consulting Vertical. This includes driving exceptional sales and go-to-market performance, as well as ensuring fit for Intapp DealCloud solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.

 

The PGL works closely with regional sales and marketing channel teams (the field marketing, CDAs, MDs, Sales and Value Engineering) and is expected to have direct impact on the revenue growth of the practice for their sales segment.

The PGL will have substantial client credibility and ideally already be known in the US Accounting and Consulting markets and will be a bona fide expert in the technology challenges faced by professional services firms.

 

The PGL will also work closely with counterparts in the product, engineering, partner teams and support groups to ensure that these groups are aligned and fully informed with respect to market needs and priorities to ensure the Intapp DealCloud solution is best of breed and optimized to succeed in the market. The Practice Group Leader works closely with the Intapp Product and Social marketing teams, industry organizations, Intapp partners, and peers across the Intapp PGL teams to drive brand awareness and preference for the solution.

 

What you’ll do:

Revenue Attainment

· Work with prospective clients to identify opportunities to solve firm’s business problems with Intapp solutions.

· Deliver the required volume of deals and revenue advancing through the sales pipeline.

· Work closely with sales Managing Directors to consistently deliver on-plan or greater sales performance.

· Transfer knowledge gained from client engagement to the sales and product marketing team to assist in the development of Solution Selling tools. (pain chains, vision statements, sponsor/power sponsor emails, implementation plans).

· Work with the solution consulting team to guide market specific demo requirements.

· Identify clients’ unique drivers for change and consequent application of Intapp technology.

· Educate clients on business problems/solutions addressed by Intapp products.

· Strictly adhere to the sales methodology, process and data gathering requirements.

· Justify value of Intapp products by assisting the field team in the creation of business cases, project plans and other supporting collateral.

 

Product Optimization

· Transfer knowledge gained from client engagement to the sales and product marketing team to assist in the development of selling tools.

· Work with product and engineering teams to guide product evolution to enable the solution to remain best-in-breed. Incorporate input from customers, as well as support and sales teams.

· Work with support teams to identify product or process issues that negatively impact solutions success and work with appropriate Intapp teams to resolve.

· Engage as a thought leader/product ambassador for Intapp DealCloud at industry conferences, Intapp and other sponsored events and webinars.

· Build a relationship network of influencers that can advocate for our solutions.

· Speak with existing customers on a regular basis to ensure that we are fully aware of issues and opportunities to improve the solution and/or processes. Communicate as needed with engineering, product, and support teams to make sure teams are aligned and working to optimize the Marketing/BD solution and related processes.

 

What you will need:

· Capability to present value propositions to C level executives.

· Strong personal reputation.

· 5+ years of experience in technology in professional services organizations.

· Experience with buying/delivering and/or selling CRM solutions in professional services.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct client interaction.

· Excellent organizational and administrative skills; must be detail oriented.

· Results-oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with demanding internal and external customers.

· Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.

· Team player with ability to coordinate work with disparate team members.

· Flexibility to travel
