This is your opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be the following:

  • Providing Customer Service for a group of selected customers within the EMEA region.
  • Actively processing orders and providing support to customers where needed.
  • Troubleshooting problems related to the availability of items, financial information, logistics or any customer related issue.
  • Tracking customer service KPI's and metrics.
  • Communicating with customers on a daily basis (phone, email).

Who we’re looking for:

  • Located in or near Rotterdam.
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
  • Team player.
  • Eager to learn and treating mistakes as opportunities to grow.
  • Capable to work in a fast pace environment with switching tasks.
  • Resilient and motivated by long term development.

Nice to have: conversational level Dutch, experience with customer service and ERP systems.

  • Flexibility to improve processes and procedures within the department.
  • Inter department collaboration (Service Engineering, Warehousing, Operations).
  • Working within a close team of other customer service representatives.
