We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to our Director of Customer Success and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
Department Overview
The Customer Success team takes a lead role with customer management once Bloom systems have been installed and energized. Key activities include account management, customer outreach (newsletters, surveys, etc), strategic initiatives, and customer support. The CS team collaborates with other customer-facing teams at Bloom to drive long-term customer satisfaction.
