Join the Therapeutic Medicine Center at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens—our state‑of‑the‑art adult infusion center dedicated to providing exceptional care in a calming, patient‑focused environment. With a 9‑chair infusion clinic housed within a 2,200‑square‑foot treatment space, our Center serves a diverse patient population with a wide range of conditions, including Oncology, anemia, and other medical needs requiring intravenous therapy.

As a Medical Assistant in our Therapeutic Medicine Center, you will play an essential role in supporting daily clinic operations and partnering with clinical staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Your dedication will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while providing compassionate, patient‑centered care.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare patients for treatment by measuring and recording vital signs
• Perform phlebotomy and collect/prepare lab specimens
• Demonstrate teamwork and elevate the standard of care
• Bring positivity, energy, and warmth to each patient interaction
• Help keep our fast‑paced environment running smoothly

Position Details

This is a full‑time, day‑shift position. Monday - Friday, 1 pm - 6 pm

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Medical Assistant certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
• Strong phlebotomy skills

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

$30.65-$34.65/Hourly
