Role Description:
At Oak Street, the Nursing and Clinical Transformation function is a key enabler of our clinical care model and is focused on ensuring nursing, clinical support, and care management teams deliver high-quality and cost-effective care.
Being a Sr. Analyst at Oak Street Health requires high levels of flexibility, energy, attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem solving skills. You will be expected to build relationships with Oak Street Health members cross-functionally and within CO&L. The Senior Associate, Clinical Support will collaborate closely with Directors of Clinical Support and support initiative design / implementation of clinical support priorities.
Core Responsibilities:
Programmatically support high-impact care model initiatives within Nursing and Clinical Transformation, spanning care management functions (Nurse Care Management, Social Work, Community Health Work) & other Pop Health initiatives (Quality, Stars, SDOH) across OSH
Scope out the design and development of operational workflows to ensure cross functional input and high quality builds to enable field deployment
Project management of detail-oriented projects requiring partnering across internal cross-functional teams, product teams, and third party vendors.
Support the definition of success metrics, targets and means of tracking performance
Support the development of business cases around initiatives, for a range of audiences including sr leaders, and support the development of content for front line teammates
Partner with clinical and operational field leaders, and has regular communication with senior leadership
Other duties, as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of consulting or other applicable experience in healthcare operations / population health
Familiarity with SQL or other analytic platforms is strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement
Strong written communication skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
Ability to develop business cases, ROI analysis, and financial analysis
Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information
Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
Bachelor’s degree required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
