What you'll do...
The Solution Architect is the project solution expert on client engagements. The Solution Architect provides product architecture, functional and technical expertise to the client and to the WCT project team. The Solution Architect translates the client’s business requirements into technical and functional designs that are foundational for the successful implementation of the WCT SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. The Solution Architect ensures the overall quality of the solution design, build, test, and rollout. The Architect also mentors the functional and technical consultants on the project team.

What you will do:
Drives the solution scoping, resource requirements and effort estimation during the sales process.
Defines the solution functional and technical design for the WCT SaaS solutions, including integration and business process flows.
Provides product implementation expertise including identification of solution gaps, integration design, functional design, build, test, and roll-out.
Drives the creation of key project deliverables.
Configures & integrates the SaaS solution to meet customer requirements.
Assists with the triage and resolution of solution issues identified during the test and roll-out phases.
Facilitates the cross functional assessment of solution gaps with Product Management and Engineering.
Mentors the functional and technical consultants within Professional Services.
Assists with designing advanced processes, techniques, and templates to accelerate future delivery of SaaS solutions.
Maintains the solution implementation best practices for design and delivery.
Influences future SaaS solution functionality to best meet the needs of future clients.
What you will bring:
Technical degree (Computer Science or Engineering) preferred; MBA is a plus.
Extensive experience with supply chain implementations, system integration and consulting.
Experience working with order management, warehouse management, and/or transportation management solutions.
Experience with designing and troubleshooting integrations with SaaS solutions.
Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and engineering.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and team collaboration, as needed.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
