Responsibilities:

• You define and execute the customer strategy to win new business and to ensure long-term sustainable and profitable growth

• It's your responsibility to lead and develop your Application Team to achieve best-in-class results

• You establish as key contact for the customer's Engineering teams and you maintain close relationship

• You are responsible for effective project and cost management in all project phases to successfully launch products to customer

• Collaborating with product and process development on innovation projects is also part of your tasks

Qualifications:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field

• Your strong project management know-how enables you to successfully execute customer projects over lifecycle

• As an experienced team leader you know how to manage a technical team across different regions and cultures

• With your analytical thinking you are able to analyze and solve technical problems

• To ensure effective team performance you are proficient in conflict and change management and you bring strong communication skills

• Fluent English skills to collaborate with your international team colleagues complete your profile
