1. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Endpoint Program Delivery • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Tanium, including platform rollout and modules such as Discover, Deploy, Patch, Enforce, Comply, Performance, Connect. • Manage deployment across both on-prem and cloud servers as well as desktops, laptops, and VDIs, ensuring performance and minimal disruption. • Drive large-scale infrastructure initiatives including data center migrations, cloud adoption, automation, and system upgrades. • Coordinate integrations with platforms like ServiceNow (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM), Cribl, Data Lakes, and observability systems. Agile Delivery & Execution • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) to infrastructure and endpoint programs for faster, more adaptive delivery. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and PI planning. • Drive the implementation of DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices within infrastructure workstreams. • Align programs to long-term IT strategy and business objectives, ensuring scalability, compliance, and automation. Operational Excellence • Work closely with service owners to define and monitor KPIs, patch SLAs, compliance metrics, and operational health. • Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for real-time visibility into system coverage and performance. • Partner with SRE, automation, and platform teams to enable self-healing and zero-touch operations using Tanium insights. • Ensure comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and operational handover for long-term ownership. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance • Build strong relationships across security, compliance, cloud, networking, server, and desktop support teams. • Serve as the primary liaison for executive updates, escalations, governance reviews, and steering committees. • Proactively manage technical risks, resource constraints, and inter-team dependencies. • Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven status reports to both technical and business stakeholders. Required Experience/Qualifications • 6–8 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure or Endpoint Management programs within large enterprise environments. • Hands-on experience delivering programs involving Tanium or similar platforms (e.g., BigFix, SCCM, CrowdStrike). • Expertise in infrastructure domains such as network modernization, cloud transformation (AWS/Azure), virtualization, and automation. • Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) applied in infrastructure and IT Ops. • Deep understanding of ITSM/ITIL, patch management, compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS), and endpoint lifecycle operations. • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus. • Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or ITIL. • Familiarity with observability platforms (e.g., Cisco FSO, Splunk, Grafana) and modern security architectures (Zero Trust, CIS Benchmarks). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels. • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving continuous improvement.
