Job Description

If you are passionate about customer service and resolving issues to deliver a great customer experience every time! You are excited about working in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, embracing change and thriving on the challenge of delivering the best possible outcomes for customers.

As a Customer Care Advocate, you will help facilitate contract requests and software orders, allowing Rockwell Automation to meet the urgent demands of our customers. Additionally, you will be focused on identifying process improvement opportunities and helping drive those opportunities to implementation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Solve customer issues using a positive mindset.
  • Recognize and identify customer needs and respond with urgency.
  • Work with others to determine alternative solutions, meeting customer expectations.
  • Provide support through Telephone, Emails, and Chat.
  • Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify best practices.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or any Engineering discipline.
  • Up to 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish
