The Position

Join our Enterprise IT team as a Senior SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer and lead innovative solutions in Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) across our global organization. You will play a pivotal role in delivering business-critical solutions, working at the intersection of technology, finance, and analytics. What will you do?

• Partner with FP&A stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver cutting-edge financial planning solutions using SAP tools like SAC, Datasphere, and BPC.
• Implement, configure, and maintain solutions in SAC and other SAP tools to meet global financial planning needs and support other support FP&A activities.
• Analyze and improve business processes, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and business needs.
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
• Evaluate and propose innovative solutions to solve complex challenges and optimize financial processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP and FP&A enterprise technologies and best practices.
• Share knowledge, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• BA/BS in a related field or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP tools, particularly SAC, BPC, BW, and Datasphere, and familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes in a Fortune 500 setting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and get things done with little to no supervision.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with SAC planning, Datasphere, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
• Experience in global financial planning processes and FP&A transformation projects.
