Portfolio promotional lead is accountable to build portfolio promotional plan and drive the alignment of all partners across markets to convey key messages and engagement plan to HCPs and lead the plan of campaign to channels.  

The primary responsibility in this role is to lead annual portfolio/product’s planning and monitor the implementation and adoption of the plan by partners in each market. Priority products are Zithromax, Medrol, Dalacin, Lincocin, Dynastat, Anti fungals and Ponstan.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Strategy

  • Develop annual portfolio or product promotional plan for partnerships
  • Develop proper remediation plans of supply issues or tender loss of key portfolio
  • Identify new opportunity and innovative promotional models in the markets to support promotional plan update

Operational and Financial Performance

  • Monitor partner’s implementation of promotional activities
  • Scan market and competitors dynamic and provide quarterly recommendation to CSO lead in respective markets
  • Lead the transition process of promotional planning for new partnership in each of the markets
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, GSC and BAI in respective markets and at the regional level.

People and Leadership

  • Reports to EM Asia – Sales Intermediary Lead
  • Upholds and model Pfizer values
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration with cross functions team

Compliance

  • Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.

Qualification :

  • University Degree
  • Proven success in leading product or portfolio marketing.
  • Able to demonstrate strong collaboration with internal such as commercial, marketer, GSC and BAI  colleagues, as well as external stakeholders to optimize business outcome
  • Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
