A bit about the role:
- Start date: 9th March 2026
- Base salary: $68,340 + Super + Bonuses + Shift loading
- Full time Permanent role
- Hours: Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm, Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm
- Shifts: 10 x 8 hour shifts per fortnight across a rotating roster
- Location: Joondalup
What you’ll be doing:
- Engage daily with 50-60 members over the phone.
- Understand the situation, make sure they have the best level of roadside assistance membership for them and organise the help they need.
- Offer tailored solutions that make their lives easier.
- Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members.
- Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members

What we’re looking for:
- A natural communicator with a positive attitude.
- Goal-driven and excited by the idea of earning commission.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contact centre environment.
- Previous sales experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
- Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where applicable
- Able to commute reliably to the nominated work location
- Full Australian working rights
- Able to pass required background checks (for example, police checks)
